Upgrade your WaveRunner with a stereo system that looks like it came from the factory.
Our custom audio pods are specifically designed and molded to match the body lines of your Yamaha ski for a clean, aggressive OEM-style appearance that fits like a glove.
Unlike universal speaker setups, these pods are built specifically for your model to provide seamless fitment, premium sound quality, and a professional finished look without bulky universal brackets or awkward mounting solutions.
Whether you’re cruising the lake, anchored at the sandbar, or riding wide open, our systems deliver loud, clear pro-audio performance that can actually be heard on the water.
We use high-output, weatherproof carbon-fiber pro-audio speakers designed to provide the clarity, efficiency, and projection needed on a PWC.
We offer audio solutions for Yamaha GP, VX, FX, FZ, FZS and FZR WaveRunner models, including options for skis with or without factory sound systems.
Already have factory audio? No problem. We can upgrade your current setup or replace it completely with a cleaner, louder, higher-powered solution.
Yamaha used several different audio configurations depending on the year, model and whether your WaveRunner was originally equipped with factory sound.
When ordering your system, please select the option below that matches how your ski is currently equipped.
If your Yamaha FX already has factory sound, we can use our Factory Integration Wiring Harness when removing the original factory speaker pods and installing the new PWC Brackets audio system.
Our integration harness allows us to take advantage of the existing Yamaha factory wiring for a cleaner, more factory-style installation without unnecessarily running additional wiring through the ski.
• You have a Yamaha FX with factory sound
• Your ski currently has the original Yamaha factory speaker pods
• You’re removing the factory pods and upgrading to our PWC Brackets audio system
SELECT:
If your Yamaha GP or VX came equipped with factory sound, it requires a different approach.
On these models, the Bluetooth receiver is built into the factory speaker pod. When the original Yamaha speaker pods are removed, the factory Bluetooth system is removed with them.
Because of this, the original Yamaha audio button will not properly control our upgraded audio system.
GP and VX models with factory sound therefore require our PWC Brackets Bluetooth controller and control button for proper operation.
• You have a Yamaha GP or VX with factory sound
• Your ski currently has the original Yamaha speaker pods
• You’re removing the factory pods and upgrading to our PWC Brackets audio system
SELECT:
GP and VX factory-sound models cannot use the FX Factory Integration option.
If your WaveRunner does not have factory sound, but has the square factory blank plate where the Yamaha audio control would normally be located, we’ll use our Factory Replacement Button.
Our controller replaces the unused blank plate and gives the installation a clean, OEM-style appearance without adding an unnecessary controller to the handlebars.
This is one of the cleanest ways to add audio to a Yamaha that wasn’t originally equipped with the factory sound system.
• Your ski does NOT have factory sound
• Your ski DOES have the square factory blank plate
• You want the cleanest factory-style control location
SELECT:
Some Yamaha WaveRunners were not offered with factory sound and do not have the square factory blank plate for an audio controller.
For these models, we’ll use our Bluetooth transmitter with wireless handlebar control button.
The wireless button mounts conveniently near the handlebars, putting your audio controls within easy reach while you’re riding.
Because the button communicates wirelessly with our Bluetooth system, we don’t have to try to install a factory-style controller in a location Yamaha never designed for one.
• Your ski does NOT have factory sound
• Your ski does NOT have the square factory blank plate
• Your model was not originally designed for Yamaha factory audio
• You want convenient audio control from the handlebars
SELECT:
Here’s the easiest way to determine your selection:
FX + Factory Sound
→ FX Factory Sound Integration Harness
**GP / VX + Factory Sound **
→ PWCBrackets Factory Replacement button
No Factory Sound + Square Blank Plate
→ PWCBrackets Factory Replacement button
No Factory Sound + No Blank Plate
→ Bluetooth Transmitter + Wireless Handlebar Button
If you’re still unsure which option to select, contact us before ordering.
Send us your:
• Year
• Model
• Whether the ski currently has factory sound
A picture of your current speaker/control area can also help us identify exactly what your WaveRunner needs.
We’ll make sure you receive the correct controller, button and integration setup for your ski.
Different Yamaha body styles allow for different pod configurations. Please use the guide below when selecting your system.

• 8″ Pod Setup — 500W RMS System
One of the questions we get asked the most is:
“Which setup is louder?”
The answer isn’t as simple as looking at the wattage.
They’re ALL loud. They just sound different.
Loud • Aggressive • Clear
Loud • Warmer • Fuller
More Speakers • More Tweeters • More Coverage
Here’s how each system works.
Our single 6.5″ configuration uses:
2 × NN6.5 Weatherproof Carbon-Fiber Pro-Audio Speakers
Each speaker is rated at:
200W RMS
Giving you:
With a two-speaker configuration, we bridge the K120 amplifier, giving us plenty of available amplifier power and headroom to properly drive the speakers.
The 6.5s are LOUD, aggressive and extremely clear.
They excel at reproducing vocals, mids and highs and are especially effective at cutting through wind, engine and water noise while you’re riding.
If your priority is maximum clarity and projection from a compact factory-style pod, the 400W RMS 6.5″ system is extremely hard to beat.
• 400W RMS total speaker system
• 200W RMS-rated speaker × 2
• K120 amplifier run bridged
• Loud and aggressive sound
• Excellent vocal clarity
• Strong high-frequency projection
• Designed to cut through wind noise
Our 8″ configuration uses:
2 × NN8.0 Weatherproof Carbon-Fiber Pro-Audio Speakers
Each speaker is rated at:
250W RMS
Giving you:
The K120 amplifier is also run bridged with this configuration, giving the larger speakers the available power and headroom needed for high-output performance.
The 8s have a different personality than the 6.5s.
They’re still LOUD, but they produce a warmer, fuller sound with more body.
If you want serious riding volume but prefer your music to have a little more warmth and fullness, the 500W RMS 8″ system is the way to go.
• 500W RMS total speaker system
• 250W RMS-rated speaker × 2
• K120 amplifier run bridged
• Warmer, fuller sound
• More body than the 6.5s
• Excellent output and projection
Want more speakers?
That’s where the Double-Up / Quadzilla comes in.
Instead of bridging the amplifier, we use all four channels of the K120.
The amplifier provides approximately:
120W RMS × 4 @ 4Ω
Giving you:
The system uses:
4 × 6.5″ Weatherproof Carbon-Fiber Pro-Audio Speakers
But here’s the important part:
You’re not only doubling the number of speakers.
You’re doubling the number of tweeters too.
That gives you:
• Four 6.5″ speakers
• Four tweeters
• Four amplifier channels
• Approximately 480W RMS total amplifier output
Each speaker receives less power than it would in our two-speaker bridged configuration, but you’re gaining twice the speakers, twice the tweeters and considerably more coverage.
The additional speaker and tweeter coverage provides excellent clarity and projection across the ski.
Don’t choose your system based strictly on the RMS number.
They’re ALL loud.
They simply accomplish it differently.
Two high-powered 6.5″ speakers.
Loud, aggressive, crisp and extremely clear.
This is an excellent choice when your priority is vocals, clarity and cutting through wind while riding.
Two high-powered 8″ speakers.
Loud, warmer and fuller.
The larger speaker provides more body and a warmer overall sound.
Four 6.5″ speakers powered from all four amplifier channels.
You gain twice the speakers and twice the tweeters, giving you excellent coverage and projection.
So when someone asks us:
“Which one is louder?”
Our answer is:
They’re all loud — choose how you want it to sound.
This is one of the most important things to understand about our systems.
Don’t expect a bunch of deep bass. That’s intentional.
These are high-output pro-audio systems designed specifically for riding a PWC.
When you’re actually riding, you’re fighting:
• Wind noise
• Engine noise
• Water noise
• Distance from the speakers
That’s completely different from listening to a stereo in a car or standing beside your ski in the garage.
We’re going to properly cross these speakers over so they aren’t wasting amplifier power and speaker movement trying to reproduce frequencies that aren’t helping you while riding.
We concentrate the system on what matters:
VOCALS.
MIDS.
HIGHS.
CLARITY.
PROJECTION.
We want your music to:
Deep bass requires a tremendous amount of amplifier power and speaker movement.
That’s great if your goal is to sit at the sandbar or make your ski sound impressive while it’s sitting in the garage.
That’s not our primary goal.
We’re building these systems so you can actually hear your music when you’re riding.
Our goal is simple:
If you’re looking for deep bass, that’s a different type of system and requires a different approach.
If you’re looking for audio that can actually be heard while you’re moving across the water, that’s exactly what these systems were designed to do.
At the heart of our complete systems is the N2SOUND K120 — The Kraken.
This compact, high-output 4-channel amplifier gives us the flexibility to build several different configurations around the same amplifier platform.
120W × 4 RMS @ 4Ω
180W × 4 RMS @ 2Ω
360W × 2 RMS Bridged @ 4Ω
With our two-speaker 6.5″ and 8″ systems, we can bridge the amplifier, giving us significantly more available amplifier power and headroom.
With our Double-Up / Quadzilla configuration, we use all four channels to power the four-speaker system.
The goal isn’t simply throwing the biggest amplifier possible onto a WaveRunner.
The amplifier, speakers, crossover settings and gain structure need to work together.
That’s how we build the system.
Depending on the package selected, your complete Yamaha audio system can include:
Choose between our high-output 6.5″ or 8″ No Name speakers, depending on your WaveRunner model and desired sound.
A properly matched high-output amplifier capable of running our two-speaker bridged configurations or four-speaker Double-Up / Quadzilla system.
Easily control your audio system while maintaining a clean installation.
Already have Yamaha factory audio?
No problem.
Depending on your year and model, we can integrate with the factory setup or replace it completely with a cleaner, louder and more powerful system.
Our pods are printed from high-quality ASA material and specifically designed around the body lines and mounting requirements of the Yamaha WaveRunner.
These are NOT generic universal speaker pods.
We don’t use traditional low-powered factory-style speakers.
Our systems use weatherproof carbon-fiber pro-audio speakers selected for their output, efficiency, clarity and ability to project sound in an open-air PWC environment.
The carbon-fiber cones provide a lightweight, rigid speaker surface while the weatherproof construction is designed for the demanding environment found on a personal watercraft.
Combined with our custom pods, K120 amplifier and proper crossover settings, they’re designed to operate as a complete high-output PWC audio system.
• Weatherproof carbon-fiber pro-audio speakers
• Up to 500W RMS speaker systems
• High-output PWC audio
• Custom-designed Yamaha speaker pods
• Designed to follow Yamaha body lines
• Clean OEM-style fit and finish
• Model-specific fitment
• High-quality ASA pod construction
• Factory audio integration available
• Proper amplifier and speaker matching
• Proper crossover and gain setup
• Designed to cut through wind while riding
• Designed specifically for WaveRunners — NOT universal pods
While we normally do not break up our kits, we have made exceptions in certain situations.
Our audio pods were specifically engineered around the speakers we designed them for, and we strongly recommend purchasing the complete system to achieve the sound quality, fitment and performance the pods were intended to deliver.
If you’re interested in purchasing pods separately or using your own speakers, please contact us before ordering.
We want to:
• Verify your speakers will physically fit correctly
• Check mounting depth and dimensions
• Confirm mounting specifications are compatible
• Explain possible performance differences
• Help prevent fitment or sound-quality problems before installation
If different speakers are used, we cannot warranty the pods or guarantee fitment, waterproofing, durability or acoustic performance.
These pods were carefully developed as part of a complete acoustic system — not simply universal speaker housings.
The pods, speakers, amplifier and tuning were designed to work together.

Please include your WaveRunner’s YEAR and MODEL in the order notes during checkout.
This is extremely important because Yamaha used several different body styles, and pod compatibility varies by year and model.
If you’re unsure which setup fits your ski, contact us before ordering.
We’ll help you determine the correct setup and whether the 400W 6.5″, 500W 8″, or 480W Double-Up / Quadzilla system is the best choice for what you’re looking for.
There are plenty of ways to bolt speakers onto a WaveRunner.
That’s not what we’re building.
We wanted to create an aftermarket audio system that looks like it belongs on the ski while providing enough output to actually hear your music when you’re riding.
Model-specific pods.
Weatherproof carbon-fiber pro-audio speakers.
Serious amplifier power.
Proper crossover and gain settings.
400W, 480W and 500W RMS system options.
And most importantly — audio designed around the environment where it’s actually going to be used.
ON THE WATER.
Built for riders by riders.

We are currently in Brazil from September 14th through September 26th, working directly with Stetsom, one of Brazil’s largest amplifier manufacturers. We’ll be touring the facility, working with their team, and checking out new technology we hope to bring to our customers.
During this trip, we will have limited cellular and internet access, so please allow a little extra time for us to respond.
We worked hard to ship as many orders as possible before leaving. If you ordered one of our larger systems, we are still working on your order. Your pods are currently on our print schedule and will be printed and completed as quickly as possible. Many of these systems require significant 3D-printing and assembly time, so we appreciate your patience.
As soon as we return, we’ll be working hard to complete and ship all remaining orders ASAP.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support!
Ride Safe. Ride Loud.
