Over seas Shipping for the speaker and the combo deal

If you order just a bracket, cell phone etc.. you will not be charged if you want to order we have to add 15$ to your flat rate of 18$ to ship this item .. It cost 40$ to ship this weight , and there is no way  I can cover cost.
