This is a larger bracket to hold you large speaker, the Yamaha is stainless and the Uni bracket is aluminum.  The Yamaha can mount to the steering if you have 2009 to present, all other Years and Makes models will go the glove box, unless you You have a Seadoo Trixx you can mount to the hood.
