Thanks for reaching out to PWC Brackets!
We are currently in Brazil from September 14th through September 26th, working directly with Stetsom, one of Brazil’s largest amplifier manufacturers. We’ll be touring the facility, working with their team, and checking out new technology we hope to bring to our customers.
During this trip, we will have limited cellular and internet access, so please allow a little extra time for us to respond.
We worked hard to ship as many orders as possible before leaving. If you ordered one of our larger systems, we are still working on your order. Your pods are currently on our print schedule and will be printed and completed as quickly as possible. Many of these systems require significant 3D-printing and assembly time, so we appreciate your patience.
As soon as we return, we’ll be working hard to complete and ship all remaining orders ASAP.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support!
Ride Safe. Ride Loud.
