These Official Rules govern the PWCBrackets “FZS Revive Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”).
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by PWCBrackets LLC, located in Marietta, Georgia (“Sponsor”).
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate household/family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2024, and ends on January 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.
Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
A. Purchase-Based Entry (Paid Entry Method)
Each purchase of a PWCBrackets Towel Sticker during the Sweepstakes Period equals one (1) entry.
Unlimited purchase entries are allowed.
All purchase entries are electronically recorded at the time of the transaction.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Required)
To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten postcard containing the following:
- Full name
- Full address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- The statement:
“I am submitting one free entry for the PWCBrackets FZS Revive Giveaway.”

LIMIT: One (1) free AMOE entry per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Multiple free entries from the same household will be disqualified.
AMOE entries must be postmarked by January 5, 2026 and received by January 10, 2026.
Sponsor will not verify receipt, status, or delivery of mailed entries.
Lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected mail will not be acknowledged or replaced.
4. Prize
Grand Prize (One Winner):
- 2014 Yamaha FZS – “Revive Edition”
- Refreshed and upgraded by PWCBrackets
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,999
Condition Disclaimer:
The grand prize includes a used engine, which has not undergone a full rebuild. The engine is in functional working condition at time of award, but the entire prize is provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
5. Winner Selection
A random drawing will be held from all eligible paid and AMOE entries:

📍 Live at the Atlanta Boat Show, with a simultaneous online livestream.
Winner does not need to be present to win.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via:
- Phone
- And/or social media message (if applicable)
The winner must respond within 72 hours.
Failure to respond or inability to verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release, where legally permitted.
7. Prize Delivery & Responsibility
The winner is responsible for:
- Picking up the prize at 3051 Hacienda Ct, Marietta, GA 30066, OR
- Paying all shipping or transportation costs if shipment is requested.
Sponsor is not responsible for any damage that may occur during pickup or shipping.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or external problems compromise its integrity
- Disqualify entrants who violate rules or attempt to manipulate the entry process
- Reject bulk, automated, robotic, or mechanically reproduced entries
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or misdirected postal mail
- Website outages, payment errors, server issues, or internet disruptions
- Human errors, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized interference
Sponsor will not confirm receipt or processing of AMOE entries.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless:
PWCBrackets LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives
from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected is used only for administration of the Sweepstakes and winner selection.
Entries will not be sold or shared except as legally required.
