Mind blowing customer service.I messed up today and snapped the head off the factory screws, figured I’d just drill it... out and re tap for the bracket bolt. I came across his brackets amd it was exactly what I was looking for as far as having music on the jet ski when we are hanging at the sandbar. Perfect solution that isn’t a cheap bungee cord or janky looking setup. I didn’t feel the need to put actual speakers having to drill any holes in the fiberglass. Mind you this is on Sunday around 2pm on Valentine’s Day. Not a huge deal but to wives it is. I found his number on this page and tried calling to find out the exact size of the bolt. He ACTUALLY answered and gave me all the info I needed. I probably spent twenty minutes talking to this man and just BSing about other things. Can’t say enough how impressed I was that there is someone still out there that cares about his customers and will do whatever it possibly takes to make sure you are happy with his product. Finally a solution for PWC owners to have a multi-purpose sound system without spending 4 figure numbers. Permanent... mount sound systems stay on the ski. This makes it easy to ride and jam, then unstrap the speaker and take to the campsite/beach/dock to keep the tunes rollin. Soundwav 2.0 checks all boxes for an all around killer noise maker. These brackets are absolutely amazing. The fit and quality is second to none, having this on my ski has transformed the... riding experience. Extremely easy to fit, if I can fit it an untrained monkey could do it. The instructional YouTube video is detailed and makes life very easy. I live in Australia however it was at my door in under 2 weeks. If there is one cheap mod you can do to your Wave Runner to transform the riding experience this is it. The best part about buying one of these brackets is chatting to David, he is an extremely nice and honest guy, as we would say here in Auss he is a rippin bloke. I wasn’t sure if this would work for me as my left arm only goes to my elbow so riding my ski I need to get low over the bars to hold on.
